Deadlines

Most of our products are sent directly from our suppliers to our warehouse, with a delivery
time of 12-18 days.
Products in stock are delivered within 3-4 days.
We guarantee a tracking code so that the customer can monitor the delivery progress of
their order.
Attention: In certain cases, this delivery period may extend for a few more business days, due
to delays, strikes, recesses, periods of high demand.
Tracking Code
The tracking code will be sent to the customer’s email within a period of up to 5 days, which
can be tracked, in real time, from shipping to delivery.
The information in the tracking code may take between 1 and 5 business days after the
information in the tracking code to enter the system.
Delivery problems
Import taxes
No fees are charged to the customer. If there is a charge, it is the full responsibility of
Cardoso Sports.
I didn’t receive all the products
Purchases with more than one product may be sent in more than one package, but they will
all have a tracking code. So, rest assured, if you receive a package and it is missing
products; they will arrive in another shipment that should already be in transit.
Guarantee
We guarantee product delivery or money back. We offer a full refund if your order does not
arrive within 65 business days of the product being shipped.
